A few clues to get started

Explore nature, ocean, water, travel. Look for these features as you bring the picture together:

• If water meets land or sky, build that boundary first. Treat reflections as a separate area: similar colors can appear on both sides of the shoreline without being neighboring pieces.
• For an overhead or map-like view, use visible roads, coastlines, and boundaries as connecting lines. Build small sections around those lines before tackling repeated patterns.
